Cancellation & Refund Policy

Clothall Computers strives to ensure you are satisfied with our products and services, but if despite our efforts you still feel that you need to cancel your order then please follow the instructions below.

Prior to Delivery:
If for any reason you wish to cancel your order, prior to your delivery taking place, then please contact our Sales Team who should be able to assist. Please ensure you have first read and understood our Terms and Conditions (below).

After Delivery:
If you have already received your equipment and you are not satisfied, then you still have the right to have them returned and refunded as part of your statutory rights as a consumer in the UK, provided the goods are still in an ‘as new’ condition and have not been damaged in anyway. Please note that software sales cannot be refunded if the box has been opened or the seal broken or if the software has been installed or used in any way. Please contact our Sales Team who should be able to assist. Please ensure you have first read and understood our Terms and Conditions (below).

Terms and Conditions

1. Prior to Delivery
If you have already given Clothall Computers the consent to go ahead with the order and arranged a delivery date, then we might have purchased some goods, eg. Software, that is specially ordered under your name. In that case there might be a restocking fee or the goods might have to be paid for in full, depending on whether the goods are re-saleable.

If you have arranged for an upgrade to your equipment to a branded system that we had to specially order in for you, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee up to the value of 50% of the value of the item.

If you have not yet arranged a delivery date or given consent for the order to go ahead, then Clothall Computers will not invoice you for any part of the order.

2. After Delivery
Within the first 30 days after delivery, Clothall Computers offers customers the right to return their order and get a refund, following the guidelines below:

None of the services Clothall Computers offers are refundable, if they have already taken place, eg. delivery, software loading, onsite installation, training.

Pieces of software that have already been registered under your details, either by Clothall Computers or by yourself, cannot be refunded.

Special ordered systems, hardware or software, that Clothall Computers had to specifically bring in stock for your order may have a restocking fee up to 50% of the value of the item, depending on our suppliers’ guidelines.

All goods have to be returned in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.

Under special circumstances and for individual cases, Clothall Computers might withdraw these clauses, but is not obliged to and in all cases your Statutory Rights are not affected.

3. More than 30 Days after Delivery
Clothall Computers recognises the fact that sometimes even after the initial cooling off period, you might still want to return your equipment and can make allowance for this. If you have had your equipment for more than a month and feel you would like to return it or swap it, then please contact our Sales Team who will be able to give you a quote as to how much we will be able to give you towards buying your system back from you.

All new equipment provided by us is supplied with a full manufactures 12 month warranty as standard. If a fault develops with your product during this time we will help wherever possible to get it fixed. Please note, however, that in some cases it may be quicker for you to deal directly with the manufacturer in order to obtain replacement parts. If this is the case in your specific situation, we will provide all of the necessary contact details.
