No Fix – No Fee
Our fantastic No-Fix-No-Fee promise means that if we don’t have the technical knowledge or ability to resolve the problem or effect the repair, then we will not charge you.
If we find the fault and quote for replacement parts etc and you request not to proceed with the work, then you will just be charged for the time spent to diagnose the problem.
We think thats the most simple, honest and fair way for everyone.
